Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Customs Fees:
Please be aware that all shipping and customs fees associated with the return or exchange of products are the responsibility of the customer. Products sent back to us without prepayment of these fees will not be accepted. We kindly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. Note that the shipping and customs fees involved in the returning and resending of an exchange item are to be covered by the customer.
